Supernatural designed a preschool play yard for the historic Japanese Institute of Sawtelle, a long-standing cultural and educational hub in West Los Angeles.

The new landscape integrates play, learning, and cultural expression through natural materials, shaded gathering areas, and flexible open space. The design honors the site’s legacy while creating a safe, imaginative environment that supports early childhood development and community engagement.
